Our Private Afternoon Safari is a unique opportunity to experience the wilderness in an Open Safari Vehicle, accompanied by a professional and experienced Nature Site Guide.

The Open Safari Vehicle is exclusively reserved for your family or group, ensuring that there are no strangers on board. The vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 9 guests, making it an ideal choice for small groups or families.

Our professional and experienced Nature Site Guide will provide you with an unforgettable safari experience, offering insights into the local flora and fauna, and guiding you through the wilderness.

You will be assured a private drive and personal attention with this very affordable option.

A Private Afternoon Safari to Kruger National Park starts around 13h30. This gives you a very good opportunity to view general animals like Impala, Zebra, Kudu, Elephant, and Buffalo to name a few.

Late afternoon is the better time to find predators like Lions and leopards, as the mid-day hours these predators will most likely be asleep, but as the day cools down they will become active again. Various parts of the park might be visited, depending on the sightings.

Your Private professional & experienced safari guide and driver will share valuable information about the wildlife, and animal behaviour in their natural environment, vegetation, area and history of Kruger National Park. Various viewpoints and rest camps might be visited during your game drive, depending on the wild and unpredictable animal sightings: A late lunch/Snack stop might be at Skukuza Rest camp with Shops and Restaurants.

Protea Hotel Kruger Gate: Pick up time 15min before gate opening.

Skukuza pick-up times are 30 minutes after the park entrance gate opens
